Recept van de week: Maiskolf met kruidenboter en kaas

Voor 4 personen

4 maïskolven

2 tl grof zeezout

5 g verse platte peterselie

75 g kaas

100 g ongezouten roomboter

½ teen knoflook

 

Steek de barbecue aan. Verwijder de bladeren en draden van de mais en kook de mais 10 min. in een ruime pan water.

 

Giet af en laat iets afkoelen. Roer ondertussen het zout, de peterselie en de helft van de kaas door de boter.

 

Pers de knoflook erboven uit en breng op smaak met (versgemalen) peper.

 

Gril de mais op de barbecue in 6 min. rondom bruin. Keer regelmatig.

 

Besmeer de maiskolven rondom met kruidenboter en bestrooi met de rest van de kaas.
